We had a wonderful stay at Aloha Happy Place. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the Volcano National Park. The free upgrade we received upon arrival was a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The self check-in process was convenient and easy. Despite some negative reviews, we found the room to be clean and well-maintained. The provided breakfast was a nice touch. we had a great experience and would recommend Aloha Happy Place for a peaceful getaway.

the owner provided a variety of complementary items including beach mats, towels, flashlights, and even a dehumidifier. the location was perfect for me as it was just a short drive away from the park entrance. And lastly, the homemade jams and fruits for breakfast were absolutely delicious!

The inn-keeper was incredibly kind and accommodating, assisting with food requests and providing great recommendations for local sights. Additionally, the room was nicely decorated and spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Almost perfect, with just a minor inconvenience. The dehumidifier in the room was a bit loud, but it worked effectively to reduce the humidity caused by the frequent rain and the heater in the bathroom was useful to combat the chilly weather.

The surroundings were pleasant with lush greenery, creating a relaxed atmosphere that felt quite tropical. The innkeepers were helpful, and had great suggestions for side trips. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was adequate.

The service was hit and miss; some staff members were unhelpful, impolite, and downright unpleasant, which was a contrast to the otherwise beautiful and well-maintained property.
